Outstanding Delegation Award Criteria

The Outstanding Delegation Award will be given to any (or all) delegations who meet the following criteria:

  1. All Preregistration forms in with a postmark no later than February 16.
  2. $10 per student preregistration fee paid in full enclosed with preregistration forms.
  3. Registration fees paid in full on first day of session (Check or School PO).
  4. Bills, Lobbyist Papers and Third Party Platforms in with a postmark no later than March 2.
  5. Legal Briefs in with a postmark no later than March 16.
  6. All rejected bills rewritten and returned (actually at the State office) by advertised deadline
  7. Chaperones at 1:12 ratio or better.
  8. Advisors and chaperones volunteering for program-wide tasks during the session.
  9. Delegations with 5 or more members bring at least one lobbyist and one page.
  10. No code of conduct violations by members of the delegation.
  11. Delegation participation at Y nite and banquet.

Outstanding Delegations will be announced at the Awards ceremony on Wednesday at session close.
