- The Clerk(s) of the Supreme Court
organizes and distributes briefs, helps schedule hearings, keeps
notes on oral arguments, distributes the written decisions of the
Court, records all decisions made, and otherwise assists the
Justices and Marshall as needed. This individual must be
responsible, meticulous and well-organized.
- Clerk(s) will help justices draft
opinions, keep the oral arguments schedule, post opinions, keep
track of how the justices ruled on each case and perform other
organizational duties as needed.
- The Clerks take turns serving in the
Courtroom to track the schedule and post opinions, while the other
works in the Justices' deliberation room on opinions and other
written tasks.
